Payment Terms - Web Design, Website Hosting and Site Maintenance

Orders for any website service with a value of more than £100 requires an initial payment upon placement of order equal to 50% of the order value, with the remaining balance to be paid upon website completion, by invoice within 7 days. Orders for websites services with a value of less than £100 require full payment upon placement of the order.

Delivery Time

Website orders are normally completed within 7 days subject to payment and provision of domain names, customer providing copy and images.

Website Copy and Images, Intellectual Rights

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they either own or have permission to use any copy / text or images provided for inclusion on their website.

Web Design Copyright

The client or website owner will not remove copyright and/or web design credit for Colin Thompson from the completed work / website.

Non Payment of Invoices

In the unlikely event of non payment of invoices for services provided, we reserve the right to cancel and delete hosting accounts that remain unpaid for a period of 7 days or more. We will try to contact you using email and telephone to enable you to make the payment before taking any action (cancelation or deletion)
