Payment Terms

Web design orders require an initial payment upon placement of order equal to 50% of the order value, with the remaining balance to be paid upon website completion, by invoice within 7 days.

Delivery Time

Website orders are normally completed within 14 days subject to payment and provision of domain names, customer providing copy and images.

Website Copy and Images, Intellectual Rights

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that they either own or have licensed intellectual rights to use any copy / text or images provided for inclusion on the website.

Web Design Copyright

The client or website owner will not remove copyright and/or web design credit for Colin Thompson from the completed work / website.
